The Louisville Language Academy preschool program features:

• Second language learning opportunities are integrated into learning experiences. Sign language and Spanish will be a part of each child's instructional program.

• Daily learning experiences allow children to explore and learn beyond traditional concepts - promoting investigation and critical thinking skills.

• Music, movement and art experiences are an integral part of the curriculum and are provided by specialists.

• Children are active participants in the learning process.

• Social development is maximized with small teacher/student ratios.

• Experienced early childhood educators facilitate growth in all areas of development.

• Extended child care available: 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. & 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

The Louisville Language Academy is housed in the Tafel Early Education Building, a state-of-the-art early childhood building with the following features:
• observation rooms • sound system in each classroom • a visual arts studio • acoustically designed music room • a "little tykes" library complete with many BIG picture books and computers
